What does the assistant know?
It reads your company website, the questions and answers you add on the Knowledge page, and each person’s card and profile.
Can it book meetings?
Yes. When someone wants to meet, it points them to the card owner’s booking link, such as Cal.com, Calendly, Google, Microsoft Bookings or HubSpot.
What is Advanced AI?
It adds the My AI page for each person: the score, the questions it couldn’t answer, and a preview of how it introduces them. It’s included in every plan, and you switch it on per person.
Can the assistant have its own name and face?
Yes. Each card’s AI can be the person’s AI twin (“Hi! I’m John’s AI.”) or a named assistant with one of 12 faces (“Hi! I’m Ava, John’s AI assistant.”). You can change the name or upload your own picture. The company sets the default and can let each person choose.
Who sees the chats?
Each chat is saved on your website. The card owner sees their own chats in their portal, and the company can see all of them in the Persona admin.
Where is my data?
Cards, contacts and chats are stored in your own WordPress database. To answer a question, the chat text passes through our service to the AI model; we don’t keep it.
